Our Story

Forging Legacy Through Craftsmanship

The Forge Begins

In 2010, master metallurgist Arthur Morgan set out to create cookware that would stand the test of time. Frustrated with the disposable nature of modern kitchen tools, he returned to his family's centuries-old metalworking traditions.

Working from a small workshop in Portland, Oregon, Arthur combined ancestral techniques with modern engineering to create the first Amorbear skillet - a piece that would become the foundation of our entire collection.
