Also, the board is hand wash only so keep that in mind.Despite those minor wishes, this board is a standout. It’s functional, stylish, and would make a fantastic gift for any home chef. This board honestly exceeded my expectations on all fronts. It is heavy, sturdy, and well-made. It is such a statement piece in my kitchen. The wood is made of real Sapele wood. The metal is also great for processing meats and other ingredients that "stain" wood. I love having the best of both worlds with this cutting board. The metal honestly allows for safer cooking and processing of raw products. I normally change out my cutting boards every year to avoid long term contamination from raw germs and bacteria trapped in the pores of the wooden board.I might pick up another one for my boyfriend to use when he grills steaks. The metal part is great for raw, seasoned steaks. The wood part is great to hold the steaks after they're done cooking and for slicing. I have zero complaints and 100$% recommend this product for any home chef!

This cutting board is very nice. It is heavy and well made. There are lots of thoughtful details like the self standing lever, handle for hanging and the raised edges. The size is very versatile. It is big enough for most daily cooking but small enough that washing is easy. I also love that one side is titanium. I am trying to get rid of all of my plastic cutting boards but was wary of using meat on wood. This titanium side of the cutting board is non absorbent, making it much safer to use.
